NatureFitFlorence ASD is a sport association affiliated to FIF (Federazione Italiana Fitness), a sport promotion agency recognized by CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee).

Every Yoga Modern Style has its own characteristics, but each one of the is complementar to the other. As a Personal Trainer F.I.F. certified I will be involed your personal process of Psychophysical Balance. Step by step we will achieve your Goals together. I will give you personal schedule trainings to improve your fitness, from Postural to strenghtening, from weight-loss to functional recovery, improving or maintain your performance, consider your peculiarity or issues.
As F.I.N. Certified Swim instructor I do offer personal lessons or group lessons to children and adults, Beginners or Technical Training of all different Swim styles (Breaststroke, Crawl, Backstroke, Butterfly). Targeted Workouts at the official F.I.N. Swim School of Bellariva (map HERE ), Florence, or directly to your own swimming pool.
Through Outdoor Trainings and activities we will also strengthen our immune system by sunlight with synthesis of Vit. D. Enjoying the open air practising in a natural environment or hiking allow our cells to vibrate the connection with our Mother Earth.
In Gentle Gymnastic Class or Postural we will face slower and softer exercises suitable for both elderly or those who need to renewing the habit to fitness and have possibly a problematic to give more attention to (lumbar hernia, spondylolisthesis, plantar fascitis, Osteoporosis, Neck/Cervical pain).
