NatureFitFlorence ASD is a sport association affiliated to MSP, Movimento Sportivo Popolare Italia, a sport promotion agency recognized by CONI. (Italian National Olympic Committee).

As a Personal Trainer I do Personal Training in Florence. I’m an hiking guide regulated by regional Tuscany law 86/2016 and Holistic operator, offering Holistic Massage and Thai Yoga Massage.
I also do offer Private Swimming lessons directly to your personal swimming pool, or at Bellariva Swimming center – map - , Official Federazione Italiana Nuoto School, as I collaborate as a certified Federazione Italiana Nuoto Swim Instructor."

YOGA
Every Yoga Modern Style has its own characteristics, but each one is complementary to the other. The first fundamental things to comprehend is that Yoga is NOT a religion; its origins are millennial and by the time this Discipline evolved in thousands aspescts. Through the practice of Yoga we refer to a very wide practice of different style of Modern Yoga. Our aim is not to “do Yoga” but to “live Yoga”, because of depth of this discipline that embraces more existence fields.
PILATES
The Pilates Method is based on the strenghtening along with flexibility of the body at 360°. From breathing to ABS toning, from Spinal Articulation to Pelvis Stabilization, from coordination to control of Total Body. Pilates Method works through a deep muscolar level, improving our Posture through proper muscle activation that gives us more stability, flexibility and support.
PERSONAL TRAINER
As a certified Personal Trainer I will be involed your personal process of Psychophysical Balance. Step by step we will achieve your Goals together. I will give you personal schedule trainings to improve your fitness, from Postural to strenghtening, from weight-loss to functional recovery, improving or maintain your performance, consider your peculiarity or issues.
Swimming
As F.I.N. Certified Swim instructor I do offer personal lessons or group lessons to children and adults, Beginners or Technical skills of all different Swim styles (Breaststroke, Crawl, Backstroke, Butterfly). Targeted Workouts at the official F.I.N. Swim School of Bellariva, Florence, or directly to your own swimming pool.
Outdoor Trainings, Hiking, Holistic Massage
Through Outdoor Trainings and Hiking we will also strengthen our immune system by sunlight with synthesis of Vit. D. Enjoying the open air practising in a natural environment allow our cells to vibrate the connection with our Mother Earth. As a holistic operator I'm pleased to make you feel comfortable with Holistic Massage and Thai Yoga Massage.
Postural Gymnastic
In Gentle Gymnastic Class or Postural we will face slower and softer exercises suitable for both elderly or those who need to renewing the habit to fitness and have possibly a problematic to give more attention to (lumbar hernia, spondylolisthesis, plantar fascitis, Osteoporosis, Neck/Cervical pain).
