Prices and monthly passes

The undersigned applies to be admitted as a member of the Association NatureFitFlorence ASD.The undersigned, parent or guardian of the child named above, applies for the child to be admitted as a member of the Association NatureFitFlorence ASD.

The undersigned also declares:

1. that they undertake to pay the annual membership fee and the association contributions for the chosen activity;
2. that they undertake to hand in a valid medical certificate for non-competitive sport, and understand that the association must suspend access to classes until the certificate is handed in;
3. that they undertake to respect class times; that cancellations are accepted only up to 4 hours before the start of each class – private or group – and are otherwise automatically deducted; that on fixed-day group passes, classes missed for personal reasons cannot be made up; that passes and packages cannot be suspended or frozen, except for serious, duly certified health reasons;
4. that on national public holidays, classes can only be made up before the pass expires, and only if places are available at other times or on other days;
5. that they have been informed of the Safeguarding policies adopted by the association, and have read and accept the Safeguarding Regulations of the affiliating body, the Organisational, Management and Control Model and the Code of Conduct adopted by the association under art. 16 of Legislative Decree 39/2021 as amended, published on this website;
6. that they consent to the processing of their personal data by the Association under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and in line with the privacy notice provided, in particular for the association's institutional purposes, to the extent required to meet legal and statutory obligations;
7. that they have been informed of, and have read, the forms for reporting abuse, violence and discrimination, and the contact details of the Safeguarding Officer appointed by the association, published on this website;
8. under articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, that they have read, understood and expressly approve the terms of the articles of association, the regulations and the insurance contract that comes with membership;
9. that they have read the privacy notice and accept it, by sending this application, as consent to the processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
